Operator's Bench is run by AI Web Pro LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This page is a plain-language description of what we collect when you visit operatorsbench.com or fill out the AI Readiness Call form, what we do with it, and what control you have. If anything here is unclear, email us and we will explain.

What we collect

When you submit the booking form: your name, work email, business name, team size, and the operational area you flagged. We use this to prepare for the call and to follow up. If you check the newsletter box, we also record that you opted in.

When you visit any page: standard server-level information your browser sends automatically. IP address, user agent, referrer, page accessed, and time of request. We use this to keep the site running and to spot abuse.

We do not currently run third-party analytics or behavioral tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this page and disclose what we add before it ships.

How we use it

• To contact you about the call you requested.
• To prepare the short written summary you keep after the call.
• To respond if you reply to a follow-up email.
• If you opted into the newsletter: to send one short field report a month.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. We use a small number of service providers (email, calendar, hosting) that process data on our behalf under their own privacy commitments. Names of those providers available on request.

How long we keep it

Form submissions stay in our records as long as we're in active conversation, plus two years after for follow-up. Past that, we delete unless you ask us to keep it for an ongoing engagement.

Server logs roll over within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Show you what we have about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete what we have.
• Opt out of further contact.
• Unsubscribe from the newsletter (every email has a link).

Email us with the request and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

The site currently uses no cookies. If we add analytics or session features in the future, this section gets updated before those ship, with a clear description of what each cookie does.

Children

The site is built for business operators. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We update this page when our data practices change. The "last updated" date at the top changes when we revise anything material. Material changes get a notice on the home page for at least 30 days before they take effect.
