These terms govern your use of operatorsbench.com. By using the site or submitting the AI Readiness Call form, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who we are

Operator's Bench is the public consulting practice run by AI Web Pro LLC. Throughout this document, "we", "us", and "Operator's Bench" refer to AI Web Pro LLC.

Use of the site

You may read the content, share links, and submit the booking form. You may not scrape the site at scale, copy substantial portions of its content, or reuse the design without written permission.

The content on the site (copy, design, the six operational pillars framework, the seven-point AI Readiness Assessment structure) is the intellectual property of Operator's Bench. Sharing a link, quoting a sentence in good faith, or referencing the frameworks in your own work with attribution is fine. Wholesale reuse is not.

The booking form

Submitting the form is an invitation for us to contact you about your business. It is not a contract for services. We respond within one business day in normal cases. If we cannot help, we will say so directly.

What we do not promise

We do not promise specific revenue outcomes, hours saved, or operational results from a call, an assessment, or an implementation. Every business is different. Estimates we discuss are estimates, not guarantees. Past results we describe are not predictions of results for your business.

Engagements

If we begin an actual paid engagement (assessment, implementation, retainer), the scope and terms of that engagement live in a separate signed agreement with you. This page does not govern paid work.

Disclaimers

The site is provided as is. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of any blog post, framework page, or other content on the site. Apply professional judgment before acting on anything you read here.

Limit of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to this site is limited to the greater of fifty US dollars or the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally is heard in the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. The "last updated" date at the top changes when we do. If you have an active engagement agreement with us, that agreement controls over these terms for the scope of that work.
